Early Termination Policy

June 1, 2023 onward

Subject to price changes, best viewed on a Computer.

All our services are on a monthly or annual rolling commitment contract.

Early termination will result in penalties of the balance of your commitment period.

Renewals are automatic unless advised with a minimum of one months notice before you next billing cycle.

Most services are billed to us annually so the balance of your annual commitment will be invoiced on termination.

Annual commitment can still be subject to reasonable price adjustments subject to suppliers.

Trend Micro Annual Service

Prepaid service - no termination fee, if invoice is not paid before service commencement date of 30 June, service off-boarding will commence and onboarding fee of $25 will be in-cured

Proactive PC Management

12 month initial commitment account

minimum 3 calendar months notice per device there after

additional devices piggyback the anniversary date of the initial one

Office 365 Exchange Online Commercial and EDU licensing

12 Month rolling commitment

early termination at any point ongoing will result in the annual balance being invoiced to your subscription anniversary

additional licences piggyback the anniversary date of the initial one
